The Law on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) was enforced on 18th November 2021.

This law, which is composed of 49 articles, stipulates such as procedure for partnership of the Cambodian government and private companies for the purpose of public services etc., operation of pertnership, and models of PPP (BOT, BOO and O&M etc.).
